Rob possesses a blend of commercial, operations and turnaround experience in which he has an outstanding track record of leading and delivering results.
Having graduated in Business Studies at Northumbria University, Rob’s career has taken him from the shop-floor to senior management across 29 years in parcels, courier, facilities management and retail arenas, always providing tangible benefit to internal and external clients.
Rob is an adaptable problem solver with a keen and creative eye for delivering simple, client focussed solutions and for making money for businesses.
He uses his key strength of building open and robust relationships at every level, bridging across functions to break-down silos, mitigate risk and get everyone on the same page to deliver sustainable benefit quicker, whilst having fun in the process.
Rob prides himself on being tenacious, collaborative and is committed to succeed in every aspect of life.
Outside of business, Rob is married to Charmain and has two daughters, Holly and Daisy plus a house full of animals. He likes to stay fit through running and working hard in the gym and has consistently demonstrated true resilience by being a life-long Aston Villa supporter.

Able to manage to optimum standards of quality, productivity and profitability – frequently under variable market, economic and political conditions. Always displays emotional self-control, supported by having broad and deep experience of challenging corporate situations.
Andrew is married to Siobhan and has four daughters and runs a not for profit taxi service on behalf of his daughters when not working, but still manages to squeeze in a daily visit to the gym.
